IMP Building Group completed the Sparrow Early Learning Childcare Centre in Sippy Downs in on 2 June 2016. This project, unfortunately,  commenced during the summer rain season, which delayed construction for a couple of months but we managed to make up for lost time by completing it within 6 months from commencement. This childcare centre has an allowable occupancy of 130 places in a double-storey construction with balconies and outdoor playscapes. It also includes a 20-car carpark and an open retention basin. The interior is fitted with its own kitchen for meal-preparation for the children.
